I read negatives review on here but never take it seriously until I want to withdraw my winnings. They accepted my passport( Malaysian) as proof of id but rejected my card of payment as proof it’s all because on the website it’s asked first and last name but my passport(Malaysian) and my card have my first surname printed first then second name. They acknowledge that they see that my surname printed first on my passport but still blocked my account or refused the verified my card of payment. I can’t withdraw or play as my account it’s blocked. My questions is how are they verified my passport as proof of id but rejected my card of payment with a lame reason that the name on my card not the same as my Crystal Slots account because of the way I place my first and last name when my passport and card have the same name??? I even thought of going extra miles as changing the name on my card as on my Crystal Slots account but then I am sure they will tell me that they rejected it because it’s not the card I make my deposit with. So the moral of the story is if Crystal Slots can’t afford to pay winnings to customer, you should have just put it in the small print rather than keep putting me on the loops of sending documents and rejecting them with auto replied.Look like I have to wait for 8 weeks for my complaint before I making my case to gambling commission.
