Such a stressfull experience with this “company”. I have struggled so much to recover my money from them and even now,i couldn’t. Imagine,after all the verifications were fine,they rejected my proof of payment just to delay my withdrawal. I tried to contact their customer service but no chance. They don’t give a penny about you. So now i still have money blocked on their site and i don’t know what to do because they ignore you totally. My advice is to avoid this site because you will have a lot of trouble with them especially if you have money to withdraw ! I will edit the review because what happened today it’s a first time for me ! I don’t know how but it appeared a new card on my crystalslots acount but i don’t own that card and i never used it. The funny thing is because i can’t provide pictures from that card,they have a “proper” reason to don’t accept the withdrawal. The more interesting fact it’s that i can’t even delete that card wich i never used ! It’s not appearing in history of transactions,nowhere. It’s sad that these things are happening and they get away with it. So i strongly advice you again,avoid them if you don’t want to be disappointed and stressed for what scams they are doing !
