First time with Harris McCoy and Crystal…
This is my 1st time of using Crystal Travel as I was worried about using any agent other than Opodo and the airline directly. However Opodo didn't have the airline I wanted in their books and I bite the dust and try Crystal as they quoted far lower price than the airline. I was assigned Harris McCoy who game me couple of flight options to choose from. He was patience to get the booking done and get back to me after securing the booking. It was refreshing that Harris did not call me back to tell me the usual travel agent gimmick that "airline had increased the cost after booking and you need to pay extra to get the ticket". He seem genuine and I hope it stays that way as I will definitely come back again to test Crystal Travel for my next flight. So far my experience with Crystal Travel was smooth without stress. They even gave me a WhatsApp number that I can message them when I was ready for call back as it avoids having to dial through switchboard and listen to music and pressing annoying keypad options.
