Used Crystal before at my old house and was very happy with the product. Needed a new front door and 7 windows at my new house and immediately went to Crystal based on previous experience. Unfortunately this time has not been as good. Had the stereotypical sales process (special price before increases, phone my manager etc). The fitters were also not as good this time. The finish is just not up to the same standard. The wrong lock was put in the front door. It got repaired but the door then ended up with scratches on from the repair. An end caps on a one of the window cills was fitted despite being broken. Crystal are repairing the issues but its taken a long time (2 months) and had to call several times as messages have not been responded to. Its a shame my experience this time has not been as good.
