2 years ago Crystal Windows supplied our new bedroom windows and the work was excellent. However in the recent storm Dennis we had a small leak and I took a photo. Contacted Crystal Windows and they sent their repair engineer. He looked at the photo and instantly recognised the problem as being one of 3 possible problems. He eliminated 2 of the problems so the 3rd meant the glass had to come out. This immediately revealed the problem as there was water retention on the top of the glass. He knew exactly how to fix it and then replaced the glass. Whole job was expertly done and all in under 1 hour. A lovely polite engineer and a great company I would be more than happy to recommend.
