After purchasing a month of support, response times were extended from 12 to 24 hours, often going unmet. Although I raised several inquiries within the support period, many went unanswered without any explanation. Most modifications I requested were deemed too complex to be included in the paid support, and crucial bugs, such as changes to product descriptions affecting historical orders, remain unaddressed.
