I bought a month of support, but they extended their response time from 12 hours to 24 hours and often couldn't meet that. I submitted several inquiries before the month ended, but they declined to address many of them and didn’t explain the lack of responses during the support period. For nearly every modification I requested, they claimed it was too complicated to be covered under the paid support. They have also refused to resolve significant issues, like changes to product descriptions affecting historical orders.
