Update: I have received a refund. So, I can say I’m satisfied with customer service. I had a very disappointing experience. The translator claimed to be certified by the Italian Embassy, but when I brought the document to the Italian Consulate, I was told that no such certification existed. The stamp used on the translation was not recognised.On top of that, the translation contained multiple errors, including words that were not even Italian, and the consulate ultimately rejected the document.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
