What I wrote to customer I have made multiple request that a dedicated service technician visit our Greystar apartment community. I want to speak to a district manager that manages the machines on this property. Half of our machines do not work and the dryers do not dry. This unethical company is robbing people on a fixed income with an abuse of technology that isn’t reinvesting in its operations. I will be speaking to the Greystar property management team about this pervasive issue. I want a refund of $20.00 . A credit needs to be issued on my accounts (removed).com. I have spent three hours of my morning going from floor to floor and seeing other residents to the same in search for an operable machine. I hope that with enough bad reviews that you r owner will get off the beach in the sand and take a look at this lazy management and make a real difference in the world without robbing people. We just want our closed washed. I am posting a review next and I look forward to hearing from the district manager.
