Not able to get a refund since November 2023 despite multiple attempts to contact Customer Service. I moved out of the building served by CSC ServiceWorks with 20.35 dollars on my laundry card. On November 14, 2023, I submitted a refund request through the app. I have not received any refund since then, and the refund status in the app is “pending.” On January 19, 2024, I emailed Customer Service and received a response on February 9, 2024. Liseth from Customer Service then informed that she submitted a second refund request on my behalf, and I should be refunded within the next few business day. It's March 2, 2024, and I still see the money on my laundry card. I followed up with Lizeth on February 22, 2024 and have not received any response. I am hoping posting here will prompt the Customer Service to take action and sort this out. I can't believe it is taking 4 months to get my money back. UPDATE: Reached out to the email provided below on March 14 and have yet to receive any response. This company has the WORST customer service!
