UPDATE: The company responded on Trust Pilot but no resolution yet. They won't tell me when the service will be done so I'm left wondering if it ever will. We moved into an apartment building serviced by this company and the card that dispenses laundry cards doesn't work. It has been six weeks. The landlord also has called and put in work orders. The service tickets are marked closed within an hour or so without anyone actually servicing the machine. This has happened multiple times. I don't know if it's the technicians they contract with lying to the company or the company itself blowing us off but the end result is the same. I have talked with reps on the phone to see if I can get a time for service to be there but they can't give it to me and have no way, so they say, to contact the technicians directly
