CSC Serviceworks JJ’s provides a deplorable laundry experience. The washing machines are frequently broken, and those that do operate are barely functional due to worn-out tub bearings. Additionally, a new 25-cent convenience fee is charged for not using their app, which I stopped using months ago due to consistent issues. The app repeatedly overcharged me, withdrawing more money than the machine fees. While the app allows refund requests, the company rarely responds. Worse, you can only submit one refund request at a time, leaving multiple refunds stuck in processing for extended periods and outright denied. This feels like a scam. In just 6 months, they’ve taken $30–$40 from me, a few dollars at a time.To top it off, prices increased in June 2025 from $2.75 to $4.25 for washing and $2.25 to $4.25 for drying. I refuse to pay $8.50 to clean my clothes in outdated machines that only run a 14-minute cycle. This service is unacceptable.
