As a tenant in a building with CSC machines, it's been a total nightmare. Our machines break all the time. We put in maintenance requests and never hear anything back. I just got off the phone with the CSC hotline where the representative told me the ticket I put in TWELVE DAYS AGO about a machine full of water displaying the "out of order" message hasn't even been seen by or assigned to a technician yet!! The app is a confusing to navigate and often doesn't even start the machines, instead displaying a "cannot connect to machine, please try again later" message. When speaking to a representative on the phone I asked to speak with a manager. The representative transferred me, the phone rang for about 60 seconds, and then was disconnected with no option to leave a voicemail. If you're considering contracting with CSC for your building PLEASE CHOOSE ANY OTHER COMPANY. Don't put your tenants through this nightmare!
