Craig is the first PT I have worked with that has genuinely cared about my goals and what I felt were barriers and has put serious effort into helping me overcome these. He has been available 24 hours a day to help with any questions I have and has walked me through things that I'm unsure of in great detail. I felt I had struggled to improve my performance over the past few months and within a few weeks with Craig I had improved my form and have been hitting PBs almost every session. He is also great on the food side of things and ensures that I am still eating all my favourite foods while meeting my goals so it has been super easy and straight forward to follow. I can't recommend Craig enough!
