I spent real money on CSGO.net using Apple Pay.
I exchanged 4 skins for 1 skin using their exchange feature. The skins were taken, but I never received the trade, the replacement skin, or any refund.
Normally trades arrive within minutes. It has now been more than 4 days.
Support first told me to wait 72 hours. After that, they said the issue was sent to developers and asked me to wait “a few more hours”. Nothing happened.
My paid items are simply missing.
Very poor support and unreliable service. I do not recommend using this site with real money.
