The problem is the same as always is with all this bunch of shameless companies: I usually make a deposit and mostly bet it all in just one or two shots at live baccarat, and it happened that maybe for the last 10 times or so that I played there, I left a winner. So I became what they call a "consistent winner" AND THIS THEY DO NOT TOLERATE.

Today, these people decided that I had won way too long for a way too long series of time and they suddenly changed the mandatory 1x wagering requirement for me into a number between 4x and 10x (always at live casino because if you are stupid enough to play only slots, then they will love you and the money you lose and you'll have no problem).
Withdrawing my money today was a nightmare and I had to make unnecessary and unwanted additional bets in order to be paid. Afterwards I told them that I would write this review and this was enough for them to block any kind of activity in my account. Usd 5.72 of mine are still there. Their pretext was that I needed verification (for usd 5.72 !!!!!) being that I had already complied with the 2 available levels of verification months ago.
So (you put the adjective for this), they have no problem to spoil their reputation for just usd 5.72!
Bottom line: if you ever happen to play at this site and happen to be lucky enough to be winning a couple thousands, DO KNOW THAT YOU HAVE REACHED THE LIMIT THEY WILL NOT TOLERATE YOU WINNING ANY ADDITIONAL CENT, SO IT IS TIME FOR YOU TO LEAVE FOR GOOD.
