The withdrawal system is awful. They don't allow withdrawals after winning. It’s a waste of time and money. Support is vague and stalls for days or even months. It’s been 8 days since my withdrawal request, and I'm still on hold. They initially told me to wait, but it seems they are just delaying. I had to follow up, and now my request is with a 'security department' for manual verification, which is absurd. This company is not reliable. There’s no manager or supervisor to speak with as well. Save your money and report them.
