My survey failed to highlight a significant structural issue to a house that I purchased, which was later pointed out to me by two builders who noticed it without even coming in to the property. It subsequently cost me thousands to correct. I provided plenty of photographic evidence to the company but I received no reply whatsoever to my emails. Mistakes happen but their lack of response is appalling.
