I’ve had a positive experience overall with CSU Global’s faculty and support staff. Professors are responsive, engaged, and generally supportive of student learning. I appreciate the encouragement to connect theory to practice and the strong sense of community fostered in courses. Service is reliable — I’ve had few issues with access to materials, grading turnaround, or tech support.Where service could improve is in consistency across courses regarding expectations. Instructors interpret “professional writing guidelines” differently: some enforce APA7 strictly (down to paragraph breaks), others relax those requirements or provide formatting rules that diverge from APA7. While this isn’t a service failure per se, it creates unnecessary confusion for students. Greater alignment across instructors would improve the student experience.
