We used Clifton Trade Bathrooms as they were recommended by a sole trader, 3 weeks after our bath was installed it started leaking, this was due to a hole in the base. We have only used the bath and shower to wash and bathe. Our sole trader would not take responsibility and neither would Cliftons, we are having to go to the Citizens advice bureau to resolve the issue and Cliftons will not discuss the issue with the bath because we naively gave the money to the sole trader and not them.
