UPDATE:I believe a full picture is always fairer, so I am updating this review to show that the situation was ultimately resolved.Following my formal complaint CT Carbon dispatched the outstanding item promptly, included additional extras as a gesture of goodwill. The shipment is now on its way.I appreciate that CT Carbon ultimately stepped up and made things right. The original review reflects a genuine and frustrating experience, but in the interest of fairness I wanted to acknowledge that the situation was resolved — and resolved well.—————————————I ordered a set of spoilers from CT Carbon on 29 November 2025. The stated delivery time was 4–6 weeks. It is now over three months later and my order has still not been fulfilled.After the delivery window passed with no update, I filed a formal complaint. I was assured the order would be dispatched urgently. It was not. A month later I complained again — only to be told that one item was out of stock and that a partial delivery could be made. I agreed. The partial delivery arrived.Three weeks on, the final item still has not been sent. No tracking number, no firm date, no proactive communication.
