I am filing a formal complaint against Cuballama (Techrrific Inc) regarding a shipment processed through their Las Vegas operations. It is important to note that the transaction was handled by an agent working from home, rather than at a physical branch. Several boxes arrived incomplete ,and the agent( Mariyany Inclan) refused to take responsibility, citing a ''lack of evidence' 'caused by their own failure to perform a mandatory inventory and registration of the items during this remote process. This agent is truly repulsive. This individual disparages clients, inventing slanders and speaking derogatorily about them in front of others to evade professional responsibility. He is person completely devoid of moral values who uses defamation as a tool. This lack of ethics combined with the lack of oversight in their'' work from home'' arrangements ,is a disgrace. I demand a formal response and compensation for the missing items and the professional negligence of your staff. Do not risk your belongings or your peace of mind with such unprofessional and deceitful people.
