I had bought from this company one before years ago. All above board. Made another purchase in November 2024 and by time of writing this I have still yet to receive my parcel (in the UK) despite purchasing delivery protection from them. I have emailed them weekly asking for updates or a refund. They have provided neither. They have shown no evidence to prove that they have investigated the issue further with the postal service (they're claiming delays due to postal strike but from reading other reviews on this site, that can't be the case). Buyer beware, no duty to fulfil purchases on the side of the company and nowhere to hold them accountable.Edit: May, 2025 - parcel has still not arrived, their customer service still continues to gaslight me. Reminder: I bought the delivery protection option.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Other competitors are available.
