Great quality, bad shipping

I recently purchased card stickers from cucu covers and I have to say, I'm absolutely blown away by the quality of the product itself. It's exactly what I was looking for, and it performs even better than I expected. The sticker design is fantastic, and the overall craftsmanship is truly impressive. I've already recommended it to several friends, and I can see myself being a loyal customer for years to come – the product itself is that good.However, my experience with the shipping process was less than ideal. If they can improve their shipping communication and tracking process to match the high quality of their products, they would be unstoppable. I would happily purchase from them again, but I sincerely hope they address these logistical shortcomings.
