I used to really like this company and have bought 4 covers since 2020.My last purchase was November 2024, and on January 2025 I requested an update. They told me that because I got standard shipping, they could not tell me where my cover was or how long it would get to me. Their website advertises that to North America, covers will arrive within 2 weeks. Anyhow, I asked for multiple updates and waited until now (February 2025) to get a chargeback. I don’t know why the company has changed, but this is definitely a scam now.
