Paid $2 extra for shipping protection only to be told “we don’t control the post office” when my order still hadn’t arrived more than a month later. Support ignores about half my messages, the rest are just stupid blame deflection or “we’ll look into it” then radio silence. The fact the item never came in more than 3x the longest shipping estimate date is one thing, the abysmal support experience is another, but the non-optional “shipping protection” fee to still be given non-answers when not being ignored entirely? It’s so scammy.
