Ordered product on January 8th with expedited shipping. Selected the $2.00 shipping protection, even though I considered it at the time to be a scam since product should arrive safely at minimum if you're ordering online. Envelope arrived completely empty- when reached out to support with this requesting a refund for product that didnt arrive I was told I would need to deal with USPS- when;It was Cucucovers shotty envelope that was not properly sealedThey took my $2.00 for "shipping protection" for lost/damaged shipments as "insurance"I paid more for expedited shipping than I did for the product that never even arrived.
