Not sure when CUCU Covers turned into a scam site but here we are! I ordered from CUCU Covers 2x before and always happy with the products. Received timely. After a few years my cards have expired and wanted to get new stickers for my self and family as stocking stuffers. Ordered 3 covers beginning of December 2024. I realized mid January I never received them, reached out to customer service, and was assured there was a small delay but it would be there within 2 weeks. I was doubtful since I never had a shipping number or tracking info but waited 2 weeks. Reached out after 3 weeks again, asking for either tracking info or a refund, and was told still postal issues but definitely would arrive next week, and if it didn’t they would send me new covers. LOL. So that was like February I think. Waited another week and reached out, stating unless I get a tracking number I want a refund immediately. Was told sorry there’s a postal issue and nothing we can do about it, and no refunds due to the custom products. (Whatever happened to re-issuing the order?? Hmm…) Which I didn’t even order custom, just ALREADY IN STOCK PRODUCTS. This whole time I triple checked the URL and emails to make sure I didn’t accidentally order from a scam site, but nope, it was 100% the official CUCU Cover site. I replied to the email stating either refund me or I am requesting a charge back on my credit card and they haven’t responded since. Since they refused to resolve the issue and were clearly lying about this “postal issue” since no tracking number or information was provided, I had no choice to but chargeback.
