I have been trying to reach out to them for weeks due to a faulty cover. I keep getting automated "we will respond within one business day" emails. I have yet to ever receive a response. I am about to do a chargeback with my bank and they can see my numerous emails and waiting with no response.I also want to mention that I stupidly used the credit card I use for all my bills to purchase 2 covers. a week later, $1,000 in fraudulent transactions were being posted to my account. Had to cancel my card, file claims, etc. Could be a coincidence but I haven't had problems with this card ever. Like 9 years ever. I never shop with it but I hit the wrong fracking card on checkout.With all of the other scam reviews and CS not responding, I would avoid like the plague.
