I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Cuff & Co.The bracelet was purchased as a men’s bracelet and described as suitable for men’s wrist sizes. In reality, it does not fit an adult male wrist in any practical or comfortable way. It can only be fastened onto the very last link of the extender chain, which makes it insecure, uncomfortable, and effectively unwearable.Despite providing photos and clearly explaining that the bracelet is not fit for purpose, the customer service response from Izzy repeatedly dismissed the issue. I was told that wearing the bracelet at the very end of the extender chain was “normal” and that no larger size was available. No alternative solution was offered, and a refund was refused.Rather than taking responsibility, the focus was on justifying the product description instead of addressing a genuine customer concern. This was frustrating and disappointing, particularly for a company that relies heavily on online sales and customer trust.If you’re purchasing this as a gift for a man, be very cautious about sizing and be aware that resolving issues may be difficult if the item doesn’t fit.
