Maybe it's a technical misunderstanding, but trying to figure it out myself was tiring without seeing your emails (searched every day for them), maybe better chat options will help, but its your decision to make, I had a bad experience till I left a review here and got your reply.Update:I did get a refund, on December 13, didn't know why I got it until I saw your company's reply here.I don't know what happened to your emails but they didn't reach me, all I got from you was a tracker on the 23rd to november, then an email to review your product. I ordered a bag a month ago. They didn't answer the email I sent a week ago, don't know how to even find a way to get a refund or the item through them.
