I placed an order with Culture Hustle in February 2025 (Order #200212). It has now been 1 year and 2 months, and I still have not received anything.
Over this time, I’ve sent multiple follow-ups. The only responses I’ve received were delayed, generic emails from customer service with apologies and promises of “reviewing” the order or “prioritising” it. None of these promises have led to any actual resolution. No shipment, no tracking, no refund.
At one point, I was even told that a real person had taken over my case and that it would be handled as a priority. That was months ago. Nothing changed.
What’s most frustrating is the complete disconnect between their communication and reality. The replies sound polite, but they are clearly templated and lead nowhere. Meanwhile, I continue to receive marketing emails from them.
After more than a year of waiting, this is no longer a delay — it’s a failure to deliver a paid order and a complete breakdown of customer service.
I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering.
