Bought a pair of shoes and decided to return them the next day as my partner didn’t like them. They said we couldn’t get a refund and had to have store credit or exchange. He didn’t like anything they stocked. So took a store credit only to be told the credit couldn’t be put against a name and email or phone number and the physical card had to be used which means we have to treat it like cash. The stupidest policy. And we can’t use it online. What happens if there’s a shoe that’s sold online only?
