Placed order. Took a month to get a tracking number from them. Finally arrived and was sent with dhl. Upon checking for updates on dhl site it said parcel was damaged in transit. Multiple emails, messages via insta and tiktok sent to culturetribe who have refused to reply to my request of a refund or send another item out. Thieves
