I received my order on Wednesday, July 30th. On the same day, I sent an email and used the contact form on their website to inform them that I wanted to return the item under my 14-day right of withdrawal. I also asked them to send instructions on how to proceed.Since then, I haven’t heard anything back, and I’ve tried reaching out through several channels – but it’s been impossible to get in touch with them.
