Placed an order in November for 2 items of jewellery to include my mum's ashes. These were to be xmas gifts to my daughters so I checked on the website that these would be in time for xmas and there was an option to have the items fast tracked which I paid for just to be sure. This fee was later refunded to me but with no explanation as to why. If they had informed me that the order would not be ready for xmas, I would not have continued with the purchase.When I got an update in December that items were in the making process it became clear that these would not be with me for xmas. Several emails got me no where, then on 16/12/25 without notice, they cancelled my order due to the "continued disagreement with the ordering process" These gifts were extremely personal and important to me. For a small company to adopt this attitude says a lot for how little they value their customers as they gave no thought to me.
