My experience with this service has been incredibly frustrating. I ordered a pair of shoes that were supposed to arrive within 78 hours, but I still haven't received anything. To make matters worse, I cannot track the package, and despite emailing every day, I get no response. Their customer service is inadequate, and their overall management is unprofessional. I do not recommend making a purchase from this service.
