My experience with this service has been very frustrating. I ordered a pair of shoes expected to arrive within 78 hours, but they have not arrived yet. Additionally, I can't track the package, and despite reaching out daily via email, I receive no responses. Their customer support is lacking, and the overall management is unprofessional. I cannot recommend making a purchase from this service.
