We purchased a couple of cupples as a last minute item for a recent 3 week trip where we knew we were going to be drinking a lot of water / coffee. Unfortunately, one of the Cupples that were sent was the wrong colour, this was due to a mislabeled box. After a very quick email conversation the problem was solved and we received the right Cupple the day before we left. Absolutely fantastic customer service!!The cupples we're great & did exactly what we expected them to, saved space, kept water cool, drinks hot. My only minor criticism being the lack of a cover on the cup cover which has been highlighted by others. It meant that you had to be careful carrying the full cup. I believe that this is being looked at and I would ask that when a solution is found that the new caps be made available as a retrofit.Overall, a great product that does exactly what it says and fantastic customer service.
