Ordered a product on 1 December 25 and it still has not arrived as of 14 January 26. I have contacted them several times to be told its on its way. The tracking information provided suggests it has not moved since 17 Dec. they claim this is not accurate and the product has reached the UK. The tracking reference they have given me is for Royal Mail who are saying it is leaving the originating country. Curaiy have given me a number to call which is for Parcel force who are saying the reference provided is for Royal Mail not them. I am beginning to think this will just not turn up.
