Customer support seems to be non existent. If anyone has a phone number for this Oliver guy who is so helpful that would be great. When I first ordered they were replying that I was going to get all those books on how to use not until after I put my credit card information in did they tell you that it was going to be additional cost to get the actual hard copies of those books so I feel very misled and the actual products that I got were probably worth about $60 and I paid about $170 for him and I've been have not been able to get a hold of customer support and I have not been able to download any of the things that I'm supposed to be able to download
