Ordered the manure loving mushroom grow kit. In the purchase email it said their spore supplier would reach out with options of the strains you could choose from for study. No such email ever came out. When I contacted the company curative mushrooms I was told to reach out to them myself to figure out what's wrong. That's the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. When I reiterated the issue that I shouldn't be doing their job for them. I was told you got two syringes in the mail. Yes that's true but the process said that I would be able to pick the strains I wanted from their selection. Even if their selection was only one or two they should have given me the option. Curative mushrooms still couldn't pick up on this so I had to reiterate that their customer service is trash. The only reason I gave them two stars is because I actually got products in the mail. No clue if it's what I wanted or not because you don't get that option with them and they won't help you figure out why their process sucks.
