I’m just at the end of the project with Curbio and it’s been a complete debacle. We were told 2.5 months and it’s taken almost 7, along with having to hire additional outside contractors to fix errors where we just couldn’t wait any longer for Curbio to get its act together. The PM’s are overwhelmed, support network nonexistent, and standards low. We’re targeting a $1.8M list price, yet they’re putting in cheap fixtures from Amazon and overlooking dozens of really obvious errors in workmanship. Hardly anything on this project has been done correctly the first time without myself and my realtor having to be involved multiple times along the way. I highly regret choosing Curbio, and I hope others won’t make the same mistake.Edit: Project is finished after 7+ months. Asked for a large discount based on their incompetent work. Upper management at Curbio didn't even dispute their incompetence, yet refused to offer any discount until I hinted at legal action. Our realtor and subcontractor both say they'll never work with Curbio again.
