Curbio subcontracted my flooring for 2 days to a company called Empire. I had atleast 6 things in my house damaged and/or concealed. It was a battle every step of the way getting any reimbursements for damages. Yes, I reported in a timely manner. Thank God they were only in my house for 2 days. They also disappear when there are problems. My final call was from one of their lawyers. They did reimburse me for a few things. I have plenty of pictures and it was still a battle. I'm ashamed to say the owner is Ret AF and so am I. I also ended up removing the first realtor because once introduced to the project manager they said they knew each other. I am exhausted from this process and trust me they have plenty of people to counter anything you have to say regarding damages to include lawyers. They continue to say, "pre existing problems" and that they didn't do it. I highly recommend do not use them.
