2nd order with Curely - the 1st was fine. This order was ‘delivered’ whilst I was at work - the proof of delivery provided by Royal Mail was a photo of my closed front door with the parcel held in front by the postman. I spoke to Curely who said that a police report would need to be filed and they would need to investigate taking at least a week. I told them I couldn’t wait this long, nor could I afford to order a replacement pen. A managed phoned me back who informed me that they had spoken to Royal Mail and as this package had been marked as delivered, Curely wouldn’t be able to receive compensation so they would not replace my order. They had no responsibility to do so, and apparently I had no consumer rights because it’s prescription medication. The manager told me he could see from the photo it wasn’t delivered but it wasn’t their problem, and they simply could not afford to replace this one single missing pen. The manager repeatedly spoke over me, offered no resolution and now I’m almost 300 quid down with no medication delivered. The lack of customer care alone is enough to prevent me from ever using them again. Thoroughly useless company.
