Great support staff! I needed to cancel due to lifestyle change on my part. CS continues to be a great service, but I can't take advantage of it anymore. I asked for clarification and Jessa M. was my guide. She was prompt, courteous, and professional. I braced myself for the usual nightmare of double-talk and delays, but none of that. She cut to the chase and provided fabulous support throughout the process. She's a great example of how customer service should be!
