This is the best curl product I’ve ever used. I can’t speak to ordering from the company directly as I buy it at Ulta, but most of these bad/1star reviews seem to be about displeasure at being inconvenienced. They state on the website how they ship. And it’s not unreasonable for a company to ask for a photo of a damaged product. Not to mention we’re in the midst of a pandemic. Companies are working under new, strained, and unusual circumstances. Be patient. Stop complaining. Curlsmith is an ethical company (cruelty free, fair trade) with an AMAZING product that works. Sorry they don’t cater to the post office you want, or take responsibility for your inability to read fine print, or expect verification that you’re being truthful (which the photos also serve the purpose of showing whether its an equipment problem that may not be limited to just your order).
