This is a wonderful product. I mean, I really love it. The customer service experience has been very frustrating for me. I never received my last order and no one is getting back to me. A real shame that I have to discontinue using this curly hair line that my hair loves. But It isn't worth the hassle if I don't receive an order and I can't get anyone to talk with me. I'd happily take this review down if only I can get my order or a refund. R. Weidman
