HUGE DECEPTIONI made two substantial purchases this past black friday. I began to notice that they were late and of course I assumed that they had to handle a large volume of shipping due to sales at that time.The problem came when they told me that they were sending only one of the shipments, I wrote to them to ask why they were not sending me the whole thing and they told me that they were not sending the other one because they had run out of stock. I was furious because they only told me when I asked them, otherwise they would not have told me. After a lot of discussion we agreed not to cancel the order but to send it to my second residence because I had to get away from Madrid since I have a medical condition and for me it is a high risk to stay in the city in the middle of a pandemic.Well, now I have discovered that they have sent it to Madrid, I wrote to them so that they could solve it and nobody responds to my emails and they only send automatic autoreplys.I don't know what will happen, but I don't want to stay to receive a package and risk my health because of the incompetence of this company, which by the way is not cheap.By the way, they should be able to use a more efficient delivery company than Royal Mail, which takes at least twelve days to send it. They have been keeping my package since last Friday without it changing status.
