I placed a big order with Curlsmith only to find out they sent it by simple post - which means that I have to walk 20 minutes to and another 20 minutes back from the post office, in the middle of a coronavirus outbreak, having an autoimmune disease that forbids me to remain in enclosed spaces during this pandemic. Nowhere in their website does it say they use plain post or I would've NEVER made the purchase! They are supposed to be a reputable company.I emailed them to alert them to the fact and they replied there is nothing they can do, if the order goes back to them then they *might* send me a refund (!?).Do I risk my life for 250 euros? They should be ashamed, I am out of words.
